📝會員預填資料更正
若您預填資料的「姓名」或「身分證字號(海外觀眾寫護照號碼)」其中之一項填寫有誤,您可以按照以下規定申請更正。如兩項必填資料皆有誤,則無法受理更正,如不符修改規定、送出後無須修改,或未詳閱規定而完成付款,均視為同意規範,恕不退費。

🏁 為強化信用卡網路付款安全,KKTIX售票系統網站導入了更安全的信用卡 3D 驗證服務,會員購票時,將取得簡訊驗證碼,確保卡號確實為持卡人所有,以提供持卡人更安全的網路交易環境。信用卡3D驗證流程為何?
🏁 ATM虛擬帳號付款注意事項:僅限於台灣金融機構開戶所核發之提款卡並已開通「非約定帳戶轉帳」之功能,每筆訂單若超過$30,000無法選擇ATM虛擬帳號付款,請務必於期限內付款,逾期未付款訂單將會自動取消
🏁 更正成立通知信可能因其他因素未能寄達,僅提供交易通知之用,未收到訂單成立通知信不代表交易沒有成功,又或是刷卡付款失敗,請於付款期限之內再次嘗試刷卡(即便收到銀行的授權成功的簡訊或電子郵件),若訂單逾期取消,則表示訂單真的沒有成立,請再重新訂購。一旦無法確認於網站上的訂單是否交易成功,請至會員帳戶的"訂單"查詢您的消費資料,只要是成功的訂單,皆會顯示您所消費的票券明細,若查不到您所訂購的票券,表示交易並未成功,請重新訂票。
🏁 申請人請務必於提交表單5個工作天之後至"報名預填資料"頁面的確認個人資料是否正確,若與申請更正資料不符或還尚未更正,請務必來電客服確認。如因資料不符而導致無法入場,主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
🏁 已完成更正資料並付款成功者,其資料恕無法再次更正,請於付款前再次確認欲更正資料是否正確。
🏁 本活動所收集之資料,包括:姓名、電話、E-mail 等資訊,將供主辦單位做為活動後續處理、聯絡及紀錄等行銷目的使用,並不做其他用途,亦不會分享予第三人供其用於行銷目的使用。

📝Correction of Pre-Filled Member Information
If you entered either your Name or Identity Card Number (passport number for overseas visitors) incorrectly, you may apply for a correction in accordance with the following regulations.
If both required fields are incorrect, correction requests will not be accepted.
Failure to comply with the modification regulations, submitting a request when no correction is needed, or completing payment without carefully reviewing the regulations will be deemed acceptance of the terms, and no refund will be provided.
Correction Method: Available only via the KKTIX website
Handling Fee: NT$400 per ticket
🏁 It must be completed by the pre-registered member and is limited to one correction only.
🏁 Payment methods: Credit card (VISA / MasterCard / JCB) and ATM virtual account.
🏁 To enhance online payment security, the KKTIX ticketing system has implemented the Credit Card 3D Secure service. Members will receive an SMS verification code during purchase to confirm card ownership and ensure a safer transaction environment. (For details, please refer to the Credit Card 3D Secure process.)
🏁 ATM Virtual Account Payment Notice: Only available for bank accounts issued by financial institutions in Taiwan with the “non-designated account transfer” function enabled. Orders exceeding NT$30,000 cannot be paid via ATM virtual account. Payment must be completed within the deadline; otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.
🏁 The confirmation email for correction may not always be delivered due to external factors and is for transaction notification only. Not receiving the email does not mean the transaction failed, nor does receiving a bank authorization SMS/email guarantee success. Please retry within the payment deadline if payment fails. If the order is cancelled due to expiry, the transaction was not completed and a new order must be placed. Please verify under “Orders” in your member account. Successful orders will display ticket details; if no tickets appear, the transaction was unsuccessful and a new purchase is required.
🏁 Applicants must check the “Pre-filled Registration Information” page five (5) business days after submitting the form to confirm that their personal information has been correctly updated.
If the information does not match the requested correction or has not yet been updated, please contact KKTIX Customer Service immediately.
Neither the organizer nor KKTIX shall be held responsible for denied entry resulting from incorrect or inconsistent personal information.
🏁 Once the corrected information has been updated and payment is successfully completed, no further modifications will be allowed. Please double-check the details before making payment.
🏁 The personal data collected for this event, including name, phone, email, and address, will be used by the organizer for event-related processing, communication, and record-keeping. It will not be used for other purposes nor shared with third parties for marketing.

🏁 By submitting the application, you agree to the above rules. If the request does not meet correction requirements, is no longer needed after submission, or payment is made without reviewing the regulations, it will be deemed as acceptance of the terms, and no refunds will be provided.
